The job is a Partial Onsite position, with a schedule of 3 days onsite (more days as needed) and 2 days off. The first 2-3 weeks of training will potentially be fully onsite. The employer is seeking a Business Analyst with a focus on training analysis and instructional design experience. The ideal candidate should be a good communicator who can work in a professional environment, as the role will involve working with high-level executives. Project management skills are a plus. Experience with Azure boards is also a plus, but training can be provided.

Job Summary:
Under general supervision, the Blended Learning Solutions Specialist will be responsible for promoting blended learning solutions and using innovative technology and tools to meet business goals. They will contribute their expertise as a member of high-level I/S functional committees focused on developing a high-performing workforce. This position will require collaborating with and/or leading committees with cross-functional subject matter experts and managers to assess emerging and existing training needs, appropriate performance metrics, and align them with business goals.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with and/or lead committees with cross-functional subject matter experts and managers to assess emerging and existing training needs, appropriate performance metrics, and align with business goals.
• Interact with technical vendors when researching customizable IT educational solutions for possible offerings.
• Maintain a course matrix detailing the hierarchy and how each of the IT training offerings relate to each other.
• Develop proposals in coordination with management to be presented to senior management for approval of all new or changing training offerings.
• Create, develop, and modify training programs for technical staff.
• Deliver training and development programs to a variety of audiences, including varying levels of responsibility and experience, while understanding and applying adult learning principles.
Required Skills and Abilities:
• Capable of integrating business and technical concepts when designing courses and materials tailored to meet the unique needs of entry-level through technical expert programmers.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver case studies to ensure relevant skill, knowledge, and competency transfer.

Work Environment:
Fast-paced, multi-platformed environment, which may require action and response 24X7 to support the technical business needs of the customer. Some travel between office buildings may be required.
Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education, or other job-related field, or 4 years of job-related work experience or 2 years of job-related experience plus an associate’s degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or other job-related degree.
• 3 years of training experience, including IT course development/delivery and vendor relations, 3 years of technical experience, and 2 years of program or project management experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3 years of training experience, including IT course development/delivery and vendor relations, 1 year of technical experience, and 2 years of program or project management experience with a Master's degree.
This is a six-month contract position with a possible extension for the right candidate. The position is hybrid onsite and remote and is located in Columbia, SC. The compensation for this position is $32 per hour with benefits.
