We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join our team in Columbia, South Carolina. The individual will be responsible for high-level data analysis, report creation, and providing actionable insights for the department. The role requires advanced experience in data analytics, report writing, and data management. We focus on utilizing new technologies to improve our current operations and strategies.
Description
Position: Lead Data Analyst
Location: Columbia, South Carolina (Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite)
Duration: July 31, 2023, through July 26, 2024
Rate: $44/hr W2 with benefits
Number of Positions: 1
Duties and Responsibilities:
- 40% Review, extract, and analyze data for quality control and process improvements.
- 30% Develop complex data tools and reports to guide divisional efforts.
- 20% Train employees on database programs and create documentation for ad-hoc reports.
- 10% Monitor data compliance and assist in internal and external audits.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Power BI and M365
- Proven experience in report writing and technical requirements analysis.
- Strong understanding of relational databases using DB2, SQL
- 6 Years of Research and Analysis experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, RecordPoint File Connect Enterprise, and/or Records365
- 8 Years of Research and Analysis experience
