The Strategic Enterprise Account Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through primarily new customer acquisition and expansion of select existing accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and a strong ability to build relationships with key decision-makers in Fortune 2000 target organizations. The ideal candidate will have a 4-6 year proven track record in enterprise sales, a passion for technology, and the ability to effectively communicate and evangelize the value of our products and the company's vision. This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside within the Northeast sales territory, with a strong preference for the greater New York City area.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within their assigned North America territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, IT leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Present and demonstrate cybersecurity solutions to potential clients, effectively communicating their value and benefits.
  • Act as a product evangelist, promoting the company’s mission and offerings at industry events, webinars, and through thought leadership content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and generate leads.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring a smooth handoff to the implementation team.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging cybersecurity threats, and use this knowledge to advocate for our products.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions and market demands.

Qualifications:

  • Must reside within the Northeast sales territory, ideally in the greater New York City area, while working remotely.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales experience and at least 2+ years of selling to Enterprise customers with a focus on cybersecurity solutions or technology sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Passion for evangelizing products and the company's mission, with experience in public speaking or thought leadership.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
