What You’ll Do
- Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of strategic customers from post-sale onboarding through renewal.
- Ensure customers are fully protected across their contracted brands and channels, including web, domains, social media, mobile apps, executive impersonation, paid ads, and the dark web.
- Guide technical setup and integrations such as APIs, SSO, and identity-management systems.
- Tune alert workflows, help customers interpret threat severity, reduce noise, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Lead customer communications during complex or high-severity escalations while coordinating resolution across Security Operations, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams.
- Partner with Customer Success to assess account health and co-lead Quarterly Business Reviews using coverage, detection, and resolution data.
- Identify opportunities to expand protection through additional brands, channels, or integrations.
- Turn customer feedback and recurring technical friction into actionable input for Product and Engineering.
- Help customers adopt new platform capabilities and roadmap improvements.
- Create scalable technical resources, including integration guides, troubleshooting runbooks, best-practice articles, and customer education materials.
- Mentor teammates and share expertise across the Solutions organization.
What Success Looks Like
You’ll quickly become the trusted technical point of contact for your assigned customers, independently lead customer conversations, resolve inherited technical issues, and co-lead business reviews.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Management, Solutions or Sales Engineering, technical Customer Success, professional services, or technical support
- Experience independently managing strategic or enterprise customer accounts
- Technical fluency with REST APIs, SSO, SAML, OIDC, and SaaS integrations
- Working knowledge of DNS, domains, websites, and other internet fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust with security leaders and translate technical details into clear business language
- Strong ownership, organization, and cross-functional problem-solving skills
- Comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving, growing company
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered
Preferred Qualifications
- Cybersecurity experience, particularly in brand protection, anti-phishing, fraud, digital risk protection, or threat intelligence
- Experience supporting financial-services or other regulated organizations
- Familiarity with phishing, lookalike domains, social-media impersonation, fraudulent mobile apps, paid-ad abuse, or executive impersonation
- Experience with Security Operations Center and incident-escalation workflows
- SQL, Python, or other scripting and data-analysis skills
- Technical writing or content-development experience
- Relevant certifications, such as Security+
