Position Summary: Allure Security is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative with a background in generating leads from businesses of all sizes. In this role, you will focus on starting new conversations with financial institutions, technology companies, retail & ecommerce brands, and anyone else who has a need to protect their online presence.

Title: Senior Business Development Representative

Location: Monmouth County, New Jersey preferred. Remote considered.

Hours: Flexible, Full-Time

Reports To: VP of Worldwide Sales 


Responsibilities

  • Partner with field Sales and Marketing to target the right accounts to drive pipeline and revenue goals
  • Master the pitch for an unmatched product
  • Prospect into industry-leading firms with a modern, differentiated product
  • Successfully manage and overcome sales objections
  • Achieve qualified meeting and opportunity goals with legal and security executives within targeted account prospecting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to run data-driven nurturing campaigns
  • Document prospect interaction in a variety of tools to ensure efficient lead management
  • Provide direct communication with account executives to effectively manage pipeline opportunities

What you need to bring to the role

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales / business development role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an effective style of communication with both technical and non-technical prospects 
  • The ability to think, adapt, and do what it takes to get the job done
  • Experience with the following technologies: Apollo.IO, Orum, Outreach, Salesforce, Sales Nav
