Position Summary: As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving Allure Security's growth and success. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Allure Security’s business in your territory.
  • Identify net-new customers through outbound prospecting.
  • Know the Allure Security platform and portfolio inside and out. Represent and demonstrate Allure Security’s portfolio of products.
  • Drive sales growth via multiple channels that open new conversations with prospective customers via emails, calls, video, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and manage meaningful customer relationships. Establish multiple points of contact. Learn about customers' business needs and pain points. Be a trusted advisor.
  • Advocate for your customers. Take charge of problems and drive the team to deliver solutions. 

The Person 

Experience & Expertise 

  • 2+ Years of success in a closing/quota-carrying role for a fast-paced B2B SaaS business.
  • Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with technical- and non-technical personnel across Legal teams, Marketing teams, Security teams, and C-Suite Executives.
  • Ability to break down complicated technical concepts and explain them simply.
  • Possess an obsession for delivering world-class service.
  • Demonstrated success with cold calling and creative pipeline generation strategies.
  • Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
  • The ability to think, adapt, and do what it takes to get the job done.
