As part of our team, you will support Data Entry, Customer Service, and Night Operations. This is a fast-paced position that is multi-faceted and the right person will be required to manage multiple tasks with the ability to prioritize.

Description

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

·        Develop and maintain excellent customer service to all business  accounts;

·         Direct client contact and communication with the Sales team when necessary

·         Track and trace shipments and update customers and systems accordingly

·         Preparation of bills of lading, booking of shipments with linehaul carriers and airlines, as well as alerting delivery agents;

·         Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting,  deleting, or reentering data;

·        Maintains operations by following policies and procedures;

·        Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential;

·        Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

·        Accomplish other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

·        Typing speed – 35 words per minute minimum

·        Attention to detail

·        Knowledge of Microsoft Suite

·        10 Key required

·        High School diploma or equivalent

·        6 months to a year experience in logistics operations
