Position Overview:


We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this remote position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service, addressing inquiries, and facilitating seamless communication between our clients and delivery operations.


Responsibilities:


1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

2. Assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery-related issues.

3. Provide product information and assistance to customers.

4. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

5. Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

6. Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

7. Communicate effectively with team members to enhance overall customer experience.


Requirements:


1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Proven customer service experience.

3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

5. Proficient in using customer service software and tools.

6. High school diploma or equivalent.
