THE ROLE
Residential HVAC service and repair across Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland. Heat pumps, gas furnaces, central AC, mini-splits, packaged units. You run the call, diagnose, present options at our set pricing, and earn the work at the kitchen table.
You'll have leads coming in, dispatch handled, marketing handled, billing handled. Your job is to be great in the home and great on the truck. We handle the rest.
HOW YOU GET PAID
W-2 non-exempt, performance pay plan. Translation: you eat what you kill, without the risk or overhead of running your own shop.
The structure is built for producers. The techs who show up, work clean, care about the customer in front of them, and hold the line on pricing are the ones clearing well into six figures. We'll walk you through the full plan when we connect.
