Company Overview: Allmoxy is a fast-growing software company that serves niche industries with tailored digital solutions. Our software enhances the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of our customers. We are passionate about innovation, building relationships, and empowering our clients to succeed. We value individuals who bring a unique mix of skills, knowledge, and perspectives to our team. In particular, we are looking for a VP of Sales who not only excels in sales strategy and execution but also appreciates the woodworking industry. If you have a passion for sales and appreciate manufacturing, you’ll find this role an exciting and rewarding opportunity. Position Overview: The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in sales leadership within the software industry (SAAS) and have an understanding for manufacturing, which will help them connect with our target customers in the woodworking and manufacturing sectors.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: This individual will develop and execute a new approach for reaching revenue and growth targets. Have a passion and deep knowledge of systems, plays, and processes that produce results and create team synchronicity.
  • Lead, Manage, and Develop the Sales Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Foster a collaborative, goal-oriented culture while driving individual and team performance.

Hands-on Role: The sales VP will need to be willing to take on tasks typically associated with salespeople, such as making sales calls and doing demos.

Gradual Team Growth: The person will start with a small team and will be responsible for hiring and developing the team as the organization grows.

  • Ground-Up Building: This is a ground-level leadership position, not a high-level management role with an existing hierarchy in place. The right candidate must be comfortable building the organization alongside leadership, not just managing it.
  • Team Management: Oversee daily sales operations, set goals, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure the team meets or exceeds performance metrics.
  • Build Relationships: The ability to foster trust and develop deep, meaningful connections with key clients will be critical to driving sustained business growth within the woodworking, manufacturing, and related industries.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee improvements and optimization of the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate Deal management, forecasting, and reporting within CRM.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align goals and ensure the delivery of value to customers.
  • Customer-Focused: Use woodworking knowledge to better understand the pain points of customers in the woodworking and related fields, and communicate how our software solutions address those needs.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new markets and opportunities, particularly within woodworking and other niche industries.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Data: Track KPIs and sales performance metrics to continuously improve strategies and processes.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align goals and provide feedback to improve strategies and overall customer experience.

  • Strong understanding of sales pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; however, we also highly value relevant experience, which can often be just as, if not more, valuable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with or selling to the woodworking, manufacturing, or construction industries.
