An Account Manager who will provide account, project, and in-studio support across our west coast client portfolio, driving best-in-class client service, encouraging team collaboration, and amplifying elevated creative ideas. They’ll be responsible for project management of client work, internal team collaboration, and executing project deliverables, all while being a cultural maven owning day-to-day studio management so the team can function for success. Positivity, reliability, and adaptability are all paramount to the role.


-  Maintain organization across all client projects acting the primary source for account logistics

-  Drive the engine of project planning, burn tracking and server maintenance for consistent coordination of all accounts supporting Account Director

-  Keep teams on-task and positive about project progress

-  Communicate a spirit of investment in the agency team, while also facilitating an environment that enables employees to focus on their work

-  Champion the Allis brand in all facets of agency management internally and externally

-  Ensure consistent standards of quality in efforts inside and outside of the agency, via relationships with third party vendors



Account Management:

-  Work closely with Account Director to build strong client relationships, responding swiftly to client needs while continually seeking ways to add value to the client-agency relationship

-  Proactively communicate with clients on a regular basis in a professional, efficient manner

-  Prepare and maintain Client Services-related documentation, including: scheduling and creating agendas for client meetings, weekly status reporting for clients, and clear, concise meeting notes distributed in a timely manner to team members

-  Assist in development of staff plans and scopes of work, aiding in management of budgets, reporting, and file management

-  Own smaller client projects in collaboration with Account Director as part of growth plan toward becoming a Client Services leader

Project Management:

-  Become an expert in Allis process to onboard client projects, manage timelines and shift resourcing accordingly

-  Prepare schedules for projects and follow up with respective teams to ensure deliverables are received

-  Work with Account Director to shape west coast studio’s weekly resourcing plan as an extension of deep knowledge of project timelines

-  Track approvals and costs for each project       

-  Heavy integration with other agency departments or individuals to complete work


Studio Management:

-  Coordinate day-to-day office activities, including scheduling team meetings and events, communal area and equipment maintenance, etc.

-  Maintain inventory, order, and stock supplies in the office kitchen and supply closet on an on-going basis

-  Plan and organize team and client events with an understanding of Allis standards


-  Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field (suggested but not required)

-  2-3 years’ agency experience - branding, creative, or project management-oriented agency environment preferred (internship in an agency also desired)

-  Solid writer and proofreader with meticulous attention to detail

-  Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Slack, and familiarity with project planning using tools such as Gantt charts and spreadsheets
