Therapist will provide virtual individual, family, and/or couples therapy to clients of Alline Therapy. This is a 1099 contract position.

Reports to: Felecia Farrell, LCSW, Founder and Clinical Director.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  1. Perform telehealth clinical therapy services to clients of Alline Therapy, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies. 
  2. Have at least 6 scheduled client hours per week.
  3. Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to session/meeting is required.
  4. Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Alline Therapy.
  5. Respond to clients’ requests for service or calls within 48 business hours whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc. or through the Alline Therapy website. Respond to such requests by meeting, evaluating, and providing services to such patients. 
  6. Communicate with a client’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary.
  7. Complete written records for each client in according to set deadlines including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contact notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by Alline Therapy or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient within a timely fashion. Keep patient files accurate and up to date.
  8. Attend mandatory staff meetings and trainings as directed by Alline Therapy.
  9. Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the good will and reputation of Alline Therapy. Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers.
  10. Other duties as may be assigned.


Qualifications and Skills:


  1. Uphold Alline Therapy mission, vision, and values.
  2. Must be punctual in reporting to work.
  3. Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work; and
  4. Active license (LMSW, PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LPC) in the State of New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts or Connecticut. A copy must be provided to Alline Therapy.
  5. Available to hold at least 6 patient sessions per week, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Alline Therapy.
  6. Be organized and detail-oriented.
  7. Be able to work independently on tasks assigned.
  8. Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Salary

$45 - $50 per hour
