As Vice President of Land Acquisition, you will have full autonomy in your market, driving the identification and acquisition of Land with Single Family Residential Development Potential. This role is designed for a self-motivated dealmaker who thrives on sourcing and acquiring land opportunities. You’ll leverage Allied Development’s innovative resources, capital, processes, marketing, analysis, project management, entitlement expertise, and a streamlined sales process, allowing you to focus on what you do best—finding and securing great projects.

This role is not for the passive or the reactive—it’s for a high-energy dealmaker who wants to build something significant while backed by proven processes.
