Description
Job Responsibilities:
Target List Development:
- Build and maintain target lists for podcasts, events, articles, collaborations, influencers, media, and other outreach opportunities.
- Ensure all targets meet minimum thresholds based on reach and influence.
Relationship Building:
- Implement a consistent call and email cadence to build and maintain relationships.
- Build and nurture relationships with key contacts.
- Conduct outreach and pitches to target lists to secure placements.
Coordination and Collaboration:
- Work closely with Marketing and Social Media teams to coordinate follow-up clips and collaborations from guest appearances.
- Coordinate and manage PR campaigns and events.
- Write and distribute press releases and other PR materials.
- Monitor and report on coverage and campaign effectiveness.
Industry Recognition:
- Seek out and apply for relevant industry awards to enhance brand authority and credibility.
SEO and Backlink Strategy:
- Drive authoritative and trustworthy features to achieve Page 1 and 2 Google search results for Cody Bjugan, Allied Development, and VestRight.
- Secure backlinks to Cody Bjugan, Allied Development, and VestRight sites.
Key Audiences:
- Landowners with development potential
- Retail Investors
- Top 100 homebuilders
- Real estate agents
- Entrepreneurs
Additional Considerations:
- Faith-based and personal development audiences. Cody enjoys discussing topics related to his faith and legacy.
Job Skills & Experience
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Public Relations Outreach or Management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Experience with SEO and backlink strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of the real estate and land development industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with PR software, media databases, and social media platforms.
