Allianz Heating & Air is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the business. **Responsibilities:**

- Manage emails, calendar, and appointments for team members

- Conduct research and compile data as needed

- Assist with social media management and content creation

- Coordinate meetings and conference calls

- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents

- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
