**Salary: $21.40 to $33.70 per hour**

We are looking for Customer Service Officers to join our team remotely in Minneapolis, MN. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
**Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Process customer orders and returns
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
