Job Overview:

Alliant Insurance Foundation Scholars offers individuals the opportunity to complete specialized insurance certifications on a flexible schedule. During their course of study, the foundation will pay for certification and study expenses as well as a competitive hourly wage.

Responsibilities:

- Complete specialized insurance related certifications approved by AIF

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and dedication to the program

- Submit progress reports and feedback to the foundation regularly

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong desire to learn and develop skills in the insurance industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to commit to a flexible study schedule

- Must not have any criminal background (As per Alliant Insurance Foundation policy, we do not inquire about criminal backgrounds during the hiring process)
