The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating both drug screening and occupational health processes for our clients. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient screening process.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage drug screening processes, including pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion testing.

• Coordinate and manage occupational health screenings, including pre-employment medical evaluations, drug testing, and immunization reviews.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding drug screening and occupational health procedures and policies.

• Oversee the background screening process, including criminal background checks, employment verifications, and educational verifications.

• Liaise with drug testing laboratories, healthcare providers, collection sites, and other third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of screenings.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all drug screening, occupational health, and background screening activities, ensuring confidentiality and security of information.

• Provide guidance and support to clients regarding screening requirements, procedures, and best practices.

• Monitor and report on the status of screenings to relevant stakeholders, including HR, compliance, and client representatives.

• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to drug screening, occupational health, and background screening to enhance efficiency and compliance.

• Stay informed about changes in drug screening and occupational health regulations and industry best practices.

• Handle inquiries and issues related to screening processes in a timely and professional manner.


Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in drug screening, occupational health, background screening, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of drug screening and occupational health regulations and best practices.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, healthcare providers, laboratories, and internal teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with screening software and databases.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
