Our law firm is a growing, full-service firm with six attorneys handling multiple different types of legal matters. We are looking to hire an in-person Office Manager to assist our Firm Administrator with the overall operations and management of our firm.

Description

Role and Responsibilities

  1. Support the firm operations by maintaining the office systems, policies, and procedures.
  2. Manage support staff members to ensure compliance of policies and procedures.
  3. Assisting in the preparation of payroll – review payroll and payroll tax reporting forms, maintain accounting records, and prepare budgeting spreadsheets.
  4. Handling and managing administrative needs of the firm, including but not limited to, supply and equipment orders, I.T. coordination, website management, advertising, performance reviews, organization and cleanliness of the office, staff meeting and lunch coordination, etc.
  5. Assist in interviewing, training, and onboarding of new staff members.
  6. Advise management on HR issues, utilizing our HR support service.
  7. Answering incoming calls to the firm and scheduling consultations, taking messages, or directing calls.

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Experience Requirements

  • 1 year of management experience in an office, retail store, or restaurant setting (required)
  • 3+ years of management experience in an office, retail store, or restaurant setting (preferred)
