Job Overview

All Seasons Cleaning is hiring reliable and detail-oriented Post Construction Cleaners to help prepare newly built homes for homeowners and final inspections. This position involves cleaning construction dust, debris, windows, floors, cabinets, and fixtures to deliver inspection-ready results.

No experience is required, but cleaning experience is a plus. We will train the right person.

Responsibilities

* Remove construction dust from all surfaces

* Clean windows, tracks, frames, and glass

* Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors

* Clean cabinets, countertops, and appliances

* Remove stickers, paint overspray, and debris

* Detail bathrooms and kitchens

* Follow cleaning checklists and quality standards

* Maintain a professional appearance on job sites

Requirements

* Reliable transportation

* Ability to lift 50 pounds

* Ability to work on your feet for extended periods

* Strong attention to detail

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Ability to pass a background check

* Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

* Residential or commercial cleaning experience

* Construction cleaning experience

* Window cleaning experience

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation

* $16–$20 per hour depending on experience and performance
