All of You Counseling might be the place for you, if you:
- believe that self-care is as important as client care – or you WANT to believe that and live it;
- are seeking a work environment that celebrates who you are and what you bring, both to the team and to your work with your clients;
- love continuing to learn and grow as a person and professional;
- believe that every client should experience their therapy sessions as safe and respectful spaces, even as we do the challenging work of helping them face their fears and challenges;
- are looking to have the autonomy to determine your caseload, both in terms of the types of clients you work with and the hours you work each week;
- want a company that respects your time by hiring you as a W-2 at a competitive rate;
- want to be paid to complete your case notes and attend supervision and meetings;
- would enjoy being away from your desk for lunch each day.
If this sounds like you, please read on and then learn more about us on our website, https://allofyoucounseling.com/. All of You Counseling is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
