Spa Assistant Manager

Position Overview

All Is Well Holistic Spa is seeking a motivated, service-driven Spa Assistant Manager to help lead our growing wellness team.

This role is ideal for an experienced spa front desk professional, guest service lead, or assistant manager who is ready to take the next step in their career. We are looking for someone who enjoys leadership, coaching, sales, customer service, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

The Spa Assistant Manager works closely with ownership and the Spa Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, improve systems, and help drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Customer Service

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Handle client concerns professionally and promptly
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention
• Ensure all guests feel welcomed, valued, and cared for

Team Leadership

• Support and coach front desk and spa team members
• Assist with onboarding and training
• Promote accountability and professionalism
• Help create a positive and team-oriented work environment

Sales & Business Growth

• Drive membership enrollment and retention
• Promote spa services, packages, gift cards, and retail products
• Support sales initiatives and marketing promotions
• Help achieve monthly revenue and performance goals

Operations

• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures
• Monitor schedules and operational efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
• Support inventory management and supply ordering
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, retail, or customer service leadership
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Experience with memberships and retail sales preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with spa software, POS systems, and basic computer applications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Weekend availability required

Compensation

$20–28 per hour depending on experience
