Senior Wellness Coordinator & Sales Associate

Position Overview

All Is Well Holistic Spa is seeking an experienced, customer-focused, and sales-driven Senior Wellness Coordinator & Sales Associate to join our growing team.

This is not a traditional front desk or receptionist position. We are looking for a highly organized, technology-savvy professional who can deliver exceptional guest experiences while helping drive memberships, retail sales, gift card sales, client retention, and appointment bookings.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with clients, excels at multitasking, and takes pride in helping the business grow.

Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Client Relations

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
  • Welcome clients and ensure a professional, friendly, and positive environment
  • Answer phones, text messages, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Resolve guest concerns and service issues with professionalism and care
  • Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat visits and referrals

Sales & Business Development

  • Promote memberships, wellness programs, retail products, gift cards, and service enhancements
  • Help clients select services that best support their wellness goals
  • Rebook clients and maintain strong retention rates
  • Assist in achieving monthly sales and membership goals
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue through client education and relationship building
  • Support spa promotions, events, and marketing initiatives

Scheduling & Operations

  • Manage appointment scheduling and optimize provider calendars
  • Help maintain strong booking levels for massage therapists and estheticians
  • Monitor schedules and proactively fill open appointment times
  • Maintain accurate client records and appointment information
  • Assist with daily operational tasks and front desk procedures
  • Support team communication and operational efficiency

Technology & Marketing Support

  • Utilize spa software, POS systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT effectively
  • Create and schedule basic social media content and promotional posts
  • Assist with client communications, text campaigns, email campaigns, and marketing efforts
  • Learn and utilize technology tools to improve productivity and client engagement
  • Experience with Meevo or similar spa software is highly preferred

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa, wellness, hospitality, luxury retail, membership sales, or related environment
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to recommend services, memberships, retail products, or wellness programs
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills and technology proficiency
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a spa, medical spa, wellness center, massage clinic, luxury hospitality business, or membership-based business
  • Experience with spa POS systems
  • Experience with Meevo software
  • Experience with social media content creation and marketing support
  • Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools to improve productivity and customer communication
  • Proven success in membership sales, retail sales, or client retention programs
