Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview

All Is Well Holistic Spa is seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent for our growing organization.

This is not a traditional administrative HR position. We are looking for a recruiter who enjoys sourcing candidates, building relationships, developing talent pipelines, and solving hard-to-fill hiring challenges. The ideal candidate understands that successful recruiting goes beyond posting jobs and waiting for applicants. They actively network, engage passive candidates, develop community partnerships, and create innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

A key area of focus will be helping recruit Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs), one of the most in-demand and talent-shortage positions within the wellness industry.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, databases, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
• Review resumes and applications
• Conduct phone screenings and candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics
• Support onboarding and new hire coordination

Strategic Recruiting & Pipeline Development

• Develop creative recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill positions, particularly Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs)
• Build relationships with massage therapy schools, esthetics schools, instructors, and career services departments
• Attend career fairs, networking events, school events, and community outreach activities
• Develop referral programs and passive candidate pipelines
• Source candidates through schools, alumni networks, professional associations, social media, and industry events
• Continuously identify new recruiting channels and sourcing opportunities

Technology & Systems

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Utilize recruiting software, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT to improve recruiting efficiency
• Generate recruiting reports and maintain organized hiring documentation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruiting software is required
• Proven experience sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and networking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Comfortable making outbound recruiting calls, text messaging, email outreach, and networking
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Recruit CRM or similar ATS platforms
• Experience recruiting healthcare, wellness, hospitality, beauty, or service-industry professionals
• Experience sourcing candidates through schools, referrals, networking, community outreach, and events
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill positions
