Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Position Overview

All Is Well Holistic Spa is seeking skilled, professional, and customer-focused Licensed Massage Therapists to join our growing team.

As a busy luxury spa serving Katy, Texas for over 10 years, we provide therapists with a steady flow of clients, a supportive team environment, and excellent earning potential. We are looking for therapists who are passionate about helping clients achieve better health and wellness while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality massage therapy services tailored to each client's needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professional care
• Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments
• Educate clients on wellness, self-care, and treatment plans
• Promote enhancements and wellness services when appropriate
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and professional at all times
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and Texas licensing requirements

Qualifications

• Active Texas Massage Therapist License required
• Professional liability insurance required or obtainable before start date
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Experience in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage preferred
• Additional modalities are a plus
