About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Spa Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team at All Is Well Holistic Spa. This role is vital to ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests from the moment they walk through our doors. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the spa or wellness industry and a genuine passion for helping others through holistic care.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily booking calendar
  • Sell memberships, gift cards, service upgrades, and retail products
  • Maintain accurate client records and support filing procedures
  • Educate guests on the benefits of massage and facial services
  • Ensure the front desk and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable
  • Promote a calm, professional, and wellness-centered environment
  • Assist with social media promotions and Canva-based graphics (a plus)
  • Support marketing and client retention efforts


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk, retail, or customer service role in the spa, salon, or wellness industry
  • Proficiency in MEEVO POS system and general computer literacy (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, ChatGpt)
  • Strong communication skills with a positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
  • Graphic design and social media marketing experience is a strong plus
