Role Overview

As a Chiropractor at AlignLife, you'll deliver exceptional corrective care while playing a central role in the growth of our office: converting new patients into committed care-plan members, driving retention through outcomes and education, and helping expand our reach in the Ocala and The Villages communities. We are currently seeking licensed, full-time Chiropractors for our busy Ocala and The Villages, Florida locations.

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding corrective chiropractic care that produces results and builds lasting patient trust
• Deliver compelling reports of findings and care-plan presentations that clearly communicate value and convert new patients into committed, long-term members
• Drive patient retention and lifetime value through excellent outcomes, education, and a standout patient experience
• Partner with the front-desk and clinical teams to keep the schedule full and improve new-patient conversion
• Support and participate in community outreach, screenings, and marketing efforts that grow new-patient volume
• Track and act on key practice metrics — new patients, conversion, retention, and visit averages — to drive continuous growth
• Contribute to a positive, growth-minded culture that reflects the AlignLife mission

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution
• Active Florida chiropractic license (or eligibility to obtain)
• A patient-first approach paired with a genuine growth and business-development mindset
• Strong communication skills, especially in care-plan presentation and patient education
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, results-driven environment
• Passion for natural, whole-body wellness and the AlignLife philosophy of healing from within
