Our on-site package concierge will be responsible for organizing and delivering packages to our residences at Chorus in Mid-Market, San Francisco.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Package Concierge to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for managing and organizing incoming and outgoing packages for our residents. If you are organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

·      Receive, log, and store incoming packages in an organized manner.

·      Notify residents promptly of package deliveries.

·      Ensure accurate tracking and accountability for all packages.

·      Assist residents with package pickups in a courteous and efficient manner.

·      Handle package returns or incorrect deliveries as needed.

·      Maintain cleanliness and organization of the package storage area.

·      Respond to resident inquiries regarding packages and provide excellent customer service.

·      Collaborate with the onsite team to enhance the resident experience.

Qualifications:

·      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

·      Customer-service oriented mindset.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Proficiency with technology and package management software is a plus.

·      Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or logistics is preferred but not required.
