We are looking for Client Care Specialists who enjoy working with people and assisting them. ALIGN Client Care Specialists should have remarkable attention to detail, but not to the extent that it affects their ability to actively listen and respond effectively to the people in front of them. They are self-motivated, comprehend their tasks and obligations, and can work independently without constant supervision. However, they are comfortable and aware of how to seek assistance when needed. Our ideal candidate for this position is outgoing and enjoys interacting with new people. They are not shy to make conversation and are comfortable talking to strangers. They are also passionate about physical activities such as Pilates, yoga, running, or any other exercise that promotes a healthy and well-rounded lifestyle.

  • Customer service experience is mandatory
  • Prioritizes studio cleanliness, supporting instructors, and guest experiences


Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Answering client questions in person and through email, SMS, and our scheduling software
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments, handling cancellations, etc
  • Taking payments in person and sending payment requests
  • Completing daily task lists to ensure the studio needs are met each shift
  • Communicating with the entire CCS and Management team through Slack
  • Other duties as assigned by management


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment


Education and Experience:

  • At least one year of previous experience in customer service


Commitment Details: 

  • Weekly shifts can range anywhere from 5-20 hours per week dependent on the right applicants needs. Team quarterly meetings and front desk monthly meetings are required outside of weekly shifts.
  • Flexibility to work across either East or West studio locations


Compensation Details:

  • We are currently offering a pay range of $16-20 per hour based on prior experience.
