Seeking an experienced, reliable, and committed ABA professional to work as an in-home and in-school behaviorist in the 90025 area. Must be able to commute to this area for sessions.

Pay is competitive ($28-35/hr) and based on a candidate's experience/qualifications. This is a W-2 Position. We strive to make sustainable schedules and commutes for our employees.

A successful applicant should:

• have at least 5 years of ABA experience (RBT or BCBA preferred) and be confident in supporting child and adolescent aged clients on a one-on-one basis.
• have an advanced understanding of applied behavioral analysis practices, and familiarity with zone of regulation (emotional regulation), and social pragmatic thinking
• experience working in the school setting and running reinforcement plans
• have a reliable transportation
• be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans using applied behavior analysis techniques to address target behaviors and functions of behavior.
• Implement behavioral interventions and monitor progress in both school and home settings.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent care and support.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust strategies as needed.
• Provide training and support to families in implementing behavioral strategies.
• Meet weekly with supervisor to development interventions, training lessons for caregivers, assess progress, and talk through challenges.
