As a member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to assist in preparing patients for their appointments with the doctor. This includes coordinating lab duties such as creating jobs for the lab and sorting incoming jobs. You will also be responsible for ordering contact lenses and providing training to first-time wearers. On certain days, you may also be required to perform front receptionist and optician duties. Our team is highly collaborative and cross-trained, working together as a cohesive unit to support one another.
