Albert Knapp & Associates is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or BCATs to provide in-home, school or in community ABA services for up to 36 hours a week for full-time or 20 hours per week for part-time for all functioning level clients.

RBTs or BCATs are responsible for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will teach social skills, communication skills, adaptive behavior/daily living skills, as well as reduce maladaptive behaviors by teaching and reinforcing positive socially acceptable behaviors.

This position can be full or part-time. Programming focuses on social skills acquisition delivered in a play based manner (NET & PRT). The immediate need is for Monday through Friday, weekday availability between the hours of 8:00 am-7:45pm pm (full-time hours) or 2:30 pm -7:45 pm (part-time hours) Monday-Friday.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in ABA -Applied Behavioral Analysis -Classroom experience will be considered
• RBT Certification or 40 hour training completed.
• High School Diploma as minimum education requirement
• Valid California Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation, and Auto Insurance
• Ability to pass a Dept of Justice Fingerprinting
• Proof of negative TB
• MMR and COVID-19 Vaccine (You must be vaccinated against COVID-19 to work here)
