Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic clinical team. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, providing supervision to RBTs, and working closely with families to ensure the best outcomes for our clients. The potential for growth is available as the department grows.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide direct field based services, including supervision, assessments, direct (when staff calls out), and consultations.
  • Conduct regular supervision, training, and performance evaluations for clinical staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff to manage client intake, scheduling, and service delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes professional growth and development.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation and records.
  • Represent the organization in the community and with stakeholders, promoting our mission and services.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in ABA, preferably supervisory or management roles.
  • Previous experience with the EHR/PMS system WebABA/Ensora and the data collection software Catalyst/Ensora preferred (not required).
  • Proven expertise in developing and overseeing ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, staff, and other professionals.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and continuous professional development.

Salary

$70,000 - $90,000 per year
