Responsibilities

  • Fabricate acrylic components and assemblies from start to finish
  • Operate CNC routers, lasers, saws, and finishing equipment
  • Perform solvent bonding, polishing, and finishing to high standards
  • Read and execute from drawings and job instructions independently
  • Maintain tight tolerances and clean finishes
  • Identify and correct issues before they become problems
  • Keep jobs moving and maintain production pace
  • Set the standard for entry-level fabricators through example

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in fabrication, manufacturing, or skilled trade
  • Experience with plastics or similar materials preferred
  • Strong understanding of tolerances and quality control
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Proven consistency in production environments
  • Comfortable using shop equipment and solving problems in real time
