Responsibilities

• Cut and prepare materials
• Assist with fabrication, assembly, and finishing
• Learn to use shop equipment including CNC routers and lasers
• Follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
• Keep workspace clean and organized
• Support production to keep jobs moving

Qualifications

• No experience required. Manufacturing or trade experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions and improve quickly
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Physically able to lift materials and stand for extended periods

Pay & Growth

• $15–$20 per hour to start
• Starting rate based on reliability and work ethic
• Raises are based on performance, not time
• High performers move up quickly. Low performers are moved out

This is an entry-level role with high standards.

You are expected to:

• Ask questions and learn quickly
• Improve immediately after feedback
• Stay on task without constant direction
• Produce clean, accurate work
