As a Product Designer, you will...

• Brainstorm, pitch, and architect solutions that resolve user and business problems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define user interface requirements.
• Regularly, provide guidance and leadership for information architecture, user interactions, light content, page layouts, and visual styling of a product’s UI.
• Create deliverables such as graphics, presentation materials, brand & social material, wire-flows, wireframes, clickable prototypes, comps/hi-fis, and more.
• Design across many mediums including web and mobile apps, native apps, games, and wearables.
• Work across multiple product teams to deliver impact, on time and on budget, each sprint.
• Stay up-to-date with design and product standards.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and promote Airship publicly as a leader in Product Design.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience as a Product Designer for enterprise and consumer-facing digital experiences
• 3-5 years in agency setting directly presenting work to clients
• Experience working directly with developers
• Experience with agile methodology
• Experience with Figma is not a requirement but a plus
