About the role:
This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative and early stage Web3 company in a Chief of Staff position. We are at the beginning of a growth period, and are seeking a highly strategic and operationally excellent individual to work directly with our CEO. You will help identify our top priorities and help scale all areas of our business. You will drive operational rigor, manage multiple projects ensuring their efficient execution, and equip the team with the necessary data and metrics. You will help develop key strategic materials and communications for our leadership. You will gain exposure to running a startup day-to-day: developing our core strategy, building out our team, fundraising, and developing our relationships with customers and strategic partners.
