Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to service residential HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and warranty work. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional, 5-star customer service on every call
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform warranty repairs and preventative maintenance
• Clearly explain system issues and recommended solutions to customers
• Maintain accurate service records, including parts and labor
• Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers for parts and warranty claims
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, components, and diagnostics
• Knowledge of HVAC codes and safety regulations
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces, attics, and crawlspaces
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with Lennox and Amana equipment
• Prior warranty service experience

Certifications

• EPA 608 Certification – Required
• NATE Certification – Preferred

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
