The Role

As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will be responsible for assessing customer needs and providing tailored HVAC solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their comfort requirements and recommend appropriate systems and services.

No HVAC experience? No problem. If you can sell, we can train you.

Air Sharks Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring motivated outside sales professionals to join our fast-growing team as Comfort Advisors. We provide the leads—you close the deals.

This is a high-income opportunity for confident, performance-driven sales pros who want to earn six figures or more.

What You’ll Do

• Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments and understand their comfort needs.
• Build rapport with customers and explain available HVAC replacement solutions.
• Recommend solutions that fit the customer's needs and budget.
• Develop your sales and presentation skills through hands-on training and coaching.
• Take measurements, gather system details, and complete required paperwork.
• Enter attics and crawlspaces when necessary to inspect HVAC systems and gather job information.

What We’re Looking For

• No HVAC or prior sales experience required.
• Customer service experience is welcome! Experience in retail, hospitality, call centers, real estate, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude, coachability, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and presenting solutions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow.
• Valid California driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Physically able to safely navigate attics, crawlspaces, and other confined areas as needed.

Must be able to commute to or relocate to San Jose, CA 95112.
