AION ROBOTICS is seeking a highly skilled Fractional Bookkeeper or CPA with extensive experience in QuickBooks and a strong background in startups, manufacturing, or warehouse environments. 

You will work closely with our CFO, contributing to strategic financial decisions and ensuring seamless financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting. Experience with inventory management, cost accounting, and budget forecasting is required. Proficiency in managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports is essential. This role demands a proactive problem-solver who can work independently and collaboratively, providing strategic financial guidance to support our company's growth.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience with QuickBooks
• Strong background in startups, manufacturing, or warehouse environments
• Expertise in inventory management and cost accounting
• Proficiency in budget forecasting
• Experience with accounts payable and receivable
• Skills in bank statement reconciliation and financial report preparation
• Setup custom dashboards to monitor key metrics like cash flow and runway

Additional Technical Requirements

• Experience integrating and setting up Gusto for payroll management
• Proficiency in inventory and ERP systems, particularly Fishbowl
• Knowledge of capital management and cap table maintenance using tools like CARTA
• Ability to integrate and optimize warehouse management systems with QuickBooks
