Description

Assists aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production. Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes. Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings. Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals.

Requirements:

  • Performs configuration, administration and development of SharePoint, Atlassian suite (JIRA/Confluence) and other content management systems as a primary function, duties to include, but not limited to the below:
  • Developer shall develop, stage, test and hosts selected SharePoint solutions.
  • Developer shall design and develop web parts, InfoPath forms, Microsoft Office integration applications, workflows and page templates, branding customization and web services.
  • Configures collaboration sites and forms authentication for staff access, manage user controls and security permissions for SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence (Atlassian suite).
  • Documents Operating Instructions (Ois) for Command wide programs and initiatives as assigned by the Government.

Preferred Experience:

  • Building workflows in SharePoint designer and building solutions compromised of workflows, forms, dashboards using SharePoint.
  • SharePoint information management policy and controlling access to information stored in SharePoint.
  • JIRA/Confluence (Atlassian Suite), ticketing system and document collaboration.
  • Designing and writing clean, self-documenting code.
  • Building custom interactive SharePoint applications and websites leveraging: SharePoint Designer, SharePoint client-side object model (CSOM), JavaScript client object model (JSOM) SharePoint REST API, JavaScript, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, and C#NB.NET and web page design frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Section 508 and records management.

Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Desired Education: Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.

This position is contingent upon contract award and/or final funding approval. All offers of employment are tentative and will only be finalized upon official notification of contract win by the client.

Expected Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 annually.
