Employs expertise and knowledge to assist in the research, development, management, and integration the integration of intelligence partnerships between the Command and foreign, interagency, academic, or industry entities. Provides full-range coordination with command partners, both foreign and domestic, to inform the intelligence Directorate leadership assisting them in strategic decision-making and building of intelligence/information flow, Activities include, but are not limited to: Managing portfolios of foreign and domestic partners for various governmental requirements; utilizing the interagency process to enable information sharing agreements; coordinating within the command, IC, and USG to enable whole of government strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Identifies intelligence, coordinates its release, and deconflicts with other agencies to ensure the maximum free flow of intelligence between partners.
- Identifies, coordinates, and deconflicts Command and partner intelligence requests for information.
- Assesses partnership potential and recommends future partners to pursue; assesses current partners and recommends next steps in partnership development.
- Attends intelligence exchanges between the Command and intelligence partners, providing oversight and expertise, maximizing limited in-person exchange time, furthering the relationship.
- Provides a full range of policy and strategy support to assist the Intelligence Directorates' partnership professionals.
- Collects information about command partner concerning cyber intelligence capabilities and needs and develops strategies to establish, develop, and maintain partnerships enabling enhanced analytic production and achievement of command strategies.
- Integrates CCMDs, service components, IC, and NSA into engagements as necessary to ensure intelligence expertise and to deconflict and synchronize with other efforts. Works collaboratively with a broad range of Intelligence and Defense professionals and is capable of capturing and synthesizing a common picture of the current state of the Command, and then developing approaches to address shortfalls.
- Develops methodologies for tracking Command progress against strategic initiatives and policy implementation.
- Demonstrates proficiency and timeliness in drafting and responding tasks related to policy and strategy inquiries.
- Uses of classified and unclassified tools and databases, to include Intellipedia, SharePoint, PAC, BICES, Chippewa, Stoneghost, !space, GCENext, unclassified VTC programs, and others as necessary.
- Documents Operating Instructions (Ols) for Command wide programs and initiatives as assigned by the Government.
Exercises may be in CONUS or held OCONUS. A Passport for travel is needed in advance of Travel. Persons filling this requirement should be advised of the 25% travel requirement. The Contracting Officer may approve travel costs in excess of the maximum GSA & JTR-specifically, refundable airfare will be purchased (if available )-as these requirements carry a higher
risk of changes and cancellations, which require increased flexibility to meet mission requirements.

Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired Education: Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
This position is contingent upon contract award and/or final funding approval. All offers of employment are tentative and will only be finalized upon official notification of contract win by the client.
Expected Salary Range: $165,000 - $175,000 annually.
