This role is not for candidates who:
✘ want a title without hands-on responsibility
✘ avoid carrying a real caseload while “managing” others
✘ need direction before taking action
✘ struggle to enforce deadlines, standards, or accountability
✘ are not comfortable being measured by team performance and results
✘ resist KPIs, billing targets, or productivity tracking
✘ lack the discipline to drive cases to competition and filing for the team

This role is for candidates who are:
✔ Lead from the front with a strong personal work ethic
✔ actively manage and carry complex cases themselves
✔ hold themselves and others accountable for productive and high quality deliverables
✔ execute decisively and move work forward every day
✔ enforce deadlines without apology
✔ use data, KPs, and billing metrics to drive performance
✔ remove roadblocks so the legal team can deliver on time
✔ communicate clearly, directly, and professionally
