Job Description:

Accelerate your education and career with our training program. Through 7-week training program, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Legal Assistant with aiLegal Law.

  • Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents.
  • Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates on case progress, and address inquiries.
  • Assist attorneys in managing client cases, including maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and scheduling appointments.
  • Drafting legal memoranda, letters, and other written documents under the guidance of senior attorneys.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research.
  • Collaborate effectively with attorneys and legal staff to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients. 


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong communication skills – on the phone, via email, and in person.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Strong desire to advance and grow professionally within the firm.
  • Decent typing speed (60+ wpm).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • We prefer candidates who are fully committed to full-time availability. We also consider outstanding college students in the final year if he or she can commit at least 25-30 hours per week.
