Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Growth Manager to join our team. As the Business Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the firm's growth initiatives and expanding our client base. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with talented professionals, and make a significant impact on the success of our firm.


  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth and expand the firm's client base in the immigration law sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for client acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, immigration consultants, corporate partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns to attract clients and enhance brand visibility.
  • Lead the proposal process, including preparing proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations with potential clients.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, sales data, and market trends to evaluate the effectiveness of growth strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and establish thought leadership.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • At least 5-year experience in successful business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the legal or professional service industry.
  • Strong understanding of immigration law and procedures, with previous experience working in an immigration law firm or related field highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions and achieving win-win outcomes for clients and the firm.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, Slack and other relevant technology platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-drive environment while maintaining a high level of attention to details and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
