Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Create, curate, and manage content (images, video, written) that is engaging and aligned with the company’s brand and messaging. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop assets.
- Manage and optimize paid social ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to achieve business goals and generate ROI.
- Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices across all platforms to ensure the company is leveraging the most effective strategies.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights on engagement, growth, and conversions. Adjust strategies based on data to improve results.
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a strong sense of community around the brand across all social media platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure social media efforts are aligned with broader marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
- Focus on generating a proven ROI through both organic growth and paid social media efforts. Continuously track and optimize for performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and work with influencers or brand advocates to create authentic content and amplify the company’s message.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization, with proven success in driving engagement and conversions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing paid social ad campaigns and generating a measurable ROI.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights).
Skills Required:
- Social Media Expertise: Deep knowledge of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement on all major platforms.
- Paid Social Media Advertising: Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns, including budget management and ROI tracking.
- Content Creation & Strategy: Ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media performance data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with changes in social media platforms, trends, and tools to ensure the brand stays relevant and competitive.
- Community Engagement: Ability to foster meaningful engagement with followers, build an online community, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and ensure deadlines are met.

- Operational Platforms: Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Google platform, including Google Docs, Gmail, Google Calendar, Chat, and Google Analytics.

Physical Requirements:
This is a primarily desk-based position requiring prolonged periods of sitting and regular use of a computer, including typing and screen-based work. Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 10 pounds) may be required. The role may also involve occasional travel to other locations.
