The Role

We're building our substitute teacher bench for classrooms across DFW. When a teacher calls out, you're the professional who steps in and holds the room. Same-day availability is a plus, not a requirement.

Schedule:

• Available at least 2–3 weekdays, daytime hours
• Must be available to work on August 17th , 18th and 19th from 8:00am to 5:00pm

What You'll Do

• Serve as a substitute teacher in licensed preschool and early childhood classrooms
• Follow the day's lesson plan and classroom routine
• Care for children from infant through Pre-K, maintaining required staff ratios and safety standards
• Bring confidence and energy to a new classroom, even on short notice

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a licensed childcare, preschool, or early childhood setting
• Comfortable in a faith-based school environment
• Reliable, professional, and able to walk into a new room and take charge
• Willing to complete Texas's standard background check and pre-service training — we'll walk you through every step
