THE ROLE

Agape Childcare Staffing is growing our substitute teacher bench for licensed preschools and early childhood centers across Dallas-Fort Worth. When a classroom needs coverage, you step in as a qualified early childhood educator, with weekday availability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead or assist in licensed preschool and early childhood classrooms (infant through Pre-K)

- Follow lesson plans and maintain safety standards and required ratios

- Work with children ages 0–5 in a structured, professional school environment

SCHEDULE

- Weekday availability, minimum 2–3 days per week

- Shifts typically 4–8 hours

- Choose the schools and days that fit your schedule

WHAT YOU'LL GET

- $18–$20/hour based on experience

- W-2 employment, paid bi-weekly

- Pre-service training reimbursed after your first placement

- Responsive support team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Enrolled in or recently completed an early childhood education program, or currently working as a preschool teacher or assistant

- Hold a teaching certification or actively working toward one (training support provided)

- Able to confidently manage a classroom independently

- Comfortable working within a faith-based school setting

- Willing to complete a Texas background check and pre-service training before placement
