Agape Childcare Staffing is hiring reliable, faith-aligned substitute/lead teachers to run classroom-based childcare in church classrooms, church events, and ordinary day school/daycare classrooms across the DFW area.

Open Shifts

🔴 URGENT — Saturday, Sept 19 | 3:30 PM–7:30 PM | Haslet, TX 76052

🔴 URGENT — Sunday, Sept 20 | 4:30 PM–8:30 PM | Colleyville, TX 76034

🔁 Recurring — Wednesdays | 9:00 AM–12:00 PM | Colleyville, TX 76034 

🔁 Recurring — Wednesdays | 9:30 AM–12:30 PM | Haslet, TX 76052 

What you'll do

• Lead a classroom of children during church events, with ongoing opportunities to work in day schools, daycares, and other school settings
• Run age-appropriate activities and keep the room safe, calm, and engaged
• Follow Agape's staffing ratios and safety standards

What we're looking for

• Comfortable leading a small classroom independently
• Comfortable being assigned to Haslet, Colleyville, or surrounding locations as needed
• Reliable transportation to the location
• Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs, and stay actively engaged with children for the full shift
• Background check, CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)

Pay: $18/hr Starting Rate and opportunity to earn up to $20/hour over time by demonstrating consistent attendance, reliability, and strong performance.
