ABOUT AGAPE:

Agape Childcare Staffing is Dallas’s premier childcare-exclusive staffing company. We place vetted, faith-aligned childcare professionals with churches, corporations, and families across the DFW area. Every caregiver we place is a W-2 employee — not a contractor.

THE ROLE:

We are looking for reliable, professional childcare providers to join our Sunday morning church staffing team and events bench. You will be placed with one or more of our church clients in the DFW area, providing consistent weekly coverage for children’s ministry programs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Provide professional childcare coverage during Sunday morning services (typically 4-hour shifts)

  • Care for children ages infant through elementary in a church nursery or classroom setting

  • Follow Agape’s standards of care, safety protocols, and client expectations

  • Show up consistently, on time, and prepared — reliability is our #1 requirement

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experience working with children in a childcare, school, church, or ministry setting

  • Professional, warm, and dependable — parents and ministry leaders trust you

  • Faith-aligned and comfortable in a church environment

  • Available Sunday mornings consistently (other weekday and event shifts also available)

  • Able to complete required compliance steps (background check, fingerprinting, CPR certification, training)

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE:

  • $18–$20/hour based on experience (W-2 employment — not 1099)

  • Consistent, predictable weekly schedule

  • Pre-service training provided and reimbursed
